Front End Engineer

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join a highly collaborative engineering team building modern, scalable web applications for both B2C and B2B products.

In this role, you will work closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and Backend Engineers to deliver high-quality user experiences while contributing to frontend architecture, performance optimization, and engineering best practices. This is an excellent opportunity for engineers who enjoy building scalable React applications, solving complex technical challenges, and working in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend applications using React.js and Next.js.
• Build reusable UI components and shared libraries to improve development efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver new product features.
• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services.
• Optimize application performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across modern browsers.
• Apply best practices for state management, testing, code organization, and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
• Help modernize existing applications and migrate codebases to current frontend standards.
• Leverage AI-powered developer tools (such as Claude, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot) to improve engineering productivity.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in Frontend Software Engineering.
• Strong experience with React.js.
• Solid experience with Next.js, including Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and Static Site Generation (SSG).
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern frontend development.
• Experience consuming RESTful APIs.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or similar.
• Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG/a11y) and cross-browser compatibility.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in English within an international engineering team.

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with frontend architecture and design systems.
• Experience building reusable component libraries.
• Knowledge of frontend performance optimization techniques.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
