We are looking for a highly skilled Front-End Developer with strong expertise in React.js to join our dynamic and collaborative team. The ideal candidate is passionate about building intuitive, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces, working closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver exceptional user experiences. Experience with Java and Spring Boot is a plus, but the role is primarily focused on frontend development.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and visually appealing frontend applications using React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend developers to translate business requirements into engaging user interfaces.
  • Implement reusable components, responsive layouts, and maintainable code structures.
  • Integrate frontend applications with backend services and RESTful APIs.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Write clean, testable, and well-documented code, following industry best practices and coding standards.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving engineering processes.
  • Stay current with the latest UI/UX trends, frontend tools, and React ecosystem innovations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong proficiency in React.js and its core principles.
  • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Experience with state management tools such as Redux, Zustand, or Context API.
  • Familiarity with integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs.
  • Experience with version control tools such as Git.
  • Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
  • Understanding of modern build tools and bundlers (Webpack, Vite, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Nice To Have Skills

  • Experience with Java and Spring Boot for backend integration.
  • Knowledge of design systems, component libraries, or UI frameworks (Material UI, Chakra, Tailwind CSS, etc.).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).
