Requirements:

— 2–5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Financial Analysis, or a related field.

— Previous experience in FinTech, Payments, or Cryptocurrency companies will be an advantage.

— Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, financial modeling).

— Experience working with SQL, relational databases, and Python (Pandas) for data analysis.

— Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

— Strong understanding of financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).

— Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

— Understanding of payment processing systems.

— Basic knowledge of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and digital asset markets.

— Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.

— Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

— Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

— Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities.

— Prepare regular financial reports, including revenue, expenses, P&L, and key financial KPIs.

— Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

— Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making.

— Collect, process, and validate financial data from internal systems, payment platforms, and external sources.

— Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools.

— Monitor payments and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.

— Support internal controls, financial audits, and regulatory compliance processes.

— Automate financial reporting and improve reporting workflows and data management processes.

— Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Product, Operations, and Engineering teams to support business initiatives.
