Scrum Master

A client in the logistics sector is seeking a Freelance Scrum Master to support logistics and e-commerce initiatives in Brussels.

Contract: Initial 3 months (extendable)

Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week on-site

Responsibilities:

• Remove team blockers and facilitate delivery
• Lead Agile ceremonies across multiple teams
• Drive Agile best practices
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts on backlog management

Requirements:

• 5+ years' experience as a Scrum Master
• E-commerce and/or logistics experience
• Jira and Confluence expertise
• Fluent English plus French or Dutch
