Program Manager (m/f/d)

A leading international financial services organisation is undertaking a large-scale business and technology transformation programme aimed at modernising critical platforms, improving customer experience, and supporting future growth. The organisation is seeking an experienced programme management professional to support the successful delivery of this strategic initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support the leadership and coordination of a large-scale transformation programme, ensuring alignment between business and technology stakeholders.
• Assist senior programme leadership in driving execution, governance, planning, and delivery activities.
• Manage complex stakeholder environments and facilitate communication across multiple teams and business units.
• Oversee programme risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans to ensure successful outcomes.
• Contribute to organisational change initiatives and support the adoption of new business processes and technologies.
• Ensure programme objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently achieved.

Qualifications And Skills

• Proven experience managing or supporting large-scale transformation programmes in complex organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience working within challenging legacy system environments and transformation initiatives.
• Solid understanding of programme governance, risk management, and delivery methodologies.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Approximately 10 years or more of relevant programme management experience.
