Senior Supplier Acquisition Manager — Digital Goods (Remote)

Irmitek OÜ is an established B2B distributor of digital software licenses and gift cards, operating since 2018. We are a Microsoft Authorized Partner and an authorized distributor for leading software and digital-goods brands, with direct official distribution agreements in place. We are growing fast and expanding our supplier network.

We are looking for a Senior Supplier Acquisition Manager — a hunter who opens new official distributor and supplier relationships, secures reliable supply, and negotiates strong wholesale terms.

This is a senior, fully remote role for someone who already has a network they can activate from day one.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Identify and open relationships with new official distributors, publishers and suppliers of digital goods (software licenses, digital codes, gift cards, prepaid products).

- Negotiate wholesale terms: pricing, margins, volume tiers, payment terms, and exclusivity arrangements.

- Close distribution and partnership agreements that protect Irmitek's interests.

- Build and manage a pipeline of sourcing opportunities against clear targets.

- Maintain strong vendor relationships so supply stays reliable and terms improve over time.

WHAT YOU BRING

- Proven track record acquiring suppliers or distributors in digital goods, software licensing, gift cards, prepaid, or telecom.

- An existing network of distributor/publisher contacts you can activate immediately — this is the most important qualification.

- Strong negotiation skills with a history of closing favorable wholesale deals.

- Fluent English AND Spanish — both required.

- Fully autonomous in a remote setting, with strong follow-through.

NICE TO HAVE

- Additional languages (Russian, Eastern European, Asian or Arabic) to open more sourcing markets.

- Existing relationships with software publishers, gift card / prepaid providers, or authorized distributors.

COMPENSATION

Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission tied to the suppliers you activate and the margin you bring in. Top performers with a strong network earn significantly through the variable component.
