Manual QA Specialist

pawaTech is looking for a Manual QA Specialist with a detail-oriented approach and a collaborative mindset to help us enhance our betting platform. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for planning and conducting tests, identifying issues, and presenting solutions to improve our web-based platform.

Compensation range: €3500 - €3900 monthly gross.

What you’ll be doing:

• Conducting testing to identify defects and performance issues;
• Creating and executing test cases based on requirements;
• Documenting test results and reporting bugs clearly;
• Keeping test documentation and setups up to date;
• Verifying bug fixes and performing regression testing;
• Working with teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage;
• Contributing to the improvement of test processes and methodologies;
• Reviewing business and functional requirements for potential issues.

What makes you a great candidate:

• Proven experience in manual testing for both web and mobile platforms;
• Practical experience using Postman and Swagger for thorough API testing;
• Strong ability to write and execute SQL queries for database verification;
• Working knowledge of Jira and Zephyr;
• Experience navigating Git repositories to understand release versions;
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills;
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.

Extra expertise we appreciate:

• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Grafana;
• Previous experience using Requestly;
• Knowledge of high-volume betting markets and real-time data.
