  • Become a key member of cross functional team by leading triage and resolution of critical incidents
  • Work closely with cross functional team and influence platform roadmap and integrations
  • Ensure quality when designing, building, and maintaining software by designing, improving and executing tests
  • Contribute by refining, detailing, breaking down the backlog items for the technical configuration and development tasks to secure transparency and dependency managed well in backlog
  • Continuously update existing documentation for the services
  • Strive for automation of the tasks that are of the repeatable nature for the whole continuous delivery pipeline
  • Strive for constant improvements in the way of work within the team


What is needed in this role:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Strong problem‑solving and incident triage skills, with ability to analyze logs and root causes
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, with experience implementing QA standards and process improvements
  • Knowledge of and/or experience with the ServiceNow platform, any of its products implementation and certifications considered as advantage
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • As a person, open-minded possessing good communication skills both within IT and non-IT professionals’ community, natural problem solver, dared to explore unknow, courageous to take proactive step or ask for help when needed
