What you will do

• Lead, support, and coach a software development team.
• Create clarity by planning, prioritizing, and coordinating development work.
• Take an active role as technical product owner and scrum master.
• Support high standards in quality, architecture, cybersecurity, and development practices.
• Improve how the team collaborates, delivers, and builds sustainable software quality.

• Relevant technical education or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in software development, software delivery, or technical product development.
• Experience in leading teams, technical work, or development delivery.
• Understanding of agile development, backlog management, CI/CD, testing, and secure development.
• A collaborative leadership style and strong communication, prioritization, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
