Key Responsibilities
- Develop & Innovate: Engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle—plan, code, test, and deploy!
- Code Quality: Write efficient, scalable, and top-notch code that meets project specifications.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other developers, testers, and project managers to create seamless solutions.
- Tech Exploration: Stay updated with the latest Java technologies and best practices.
- Optimize Performance: Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and reliability of applications.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. ITI graduates with a proven Java track are highly preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years in Java development.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Java SE/EE and object-oriented programming.
- Hands-on experience with frameworks like Spring (Spring MVC, Spring Boot) and JSF.
- Strong familiarity with Java, Spring Framework, and JSF.
- Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.
- Knowledge of web technologies such as JSP, Servlets, and RESTful services.
- Additional Skills:
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins), and version control systems like Git.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous learning.
