We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

  • Coach multiple highly skilled software development teams and ensure agile principles are practiced and continuously evolved.
  • Continuously question and optimize processes and procedures to measurably increase the effectiveness and quality of delivery.
  • Promote team self-organization and create a demanding, agile work environment where peak performance is possible long-term.
  • Strengthen collaboration, identify conflicts early, and guide teams through change processes, including consistent follow-up on agreed measures.
  • Methodically support Product Owners and stakeholders, moderate meetings and events, providing structure, clarity, and transparency throughout the development process.

What You'll Need

  • Several years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile software development, ideally in complex enterprise or regulated environments.
  • Completed university degree (preferably in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable MINT degree) with very good results; relevant Scrum certifications (e.g., PSM, CSM) are a strong plus.
  • Excellent applied knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban or similar) and proficient use of collaboration and project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and comparable solutions.
  • Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate complex issues clearly, precisely, and appropriately for the audience.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to inspire others, reflective, constructively critical, high degree of empathy, self-responsibility, and professionalism.
