Web Designer

We are hiring a Web Designer for a growing technology business operating within the financial services technology sector.

This is a permanent opportunity based in Dublin West, offering a salary range of €45,000–€50,000 depending on experience.

The role is ideal for a Web Designer who combines strong visual design ability with practical front-end and CMS experience. The successful candidate will work on the design, maintenance, and improvement of websites and digital interfaces, creating user-friendly, responsive, and accessible digital experiences.

This is not a heavy software development role, but candidates should be confident with CSS, HTML, design tools, and content management systems. Experience with Umbraco would be highly beneficial, while WordPress or similar CMS experience will also be considered.

Key responsibilities include creating website designs, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes; working with CMS platforms; implementing front-end updates using HTML and CSS; collaborating with project managers and developers; and ensuring websites are visually strong, responsive, accessible, and aligned with business requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showing full website or digital interface design work, good UI/UX judgement, strong CSS skills, CMS experience, and hands-on experience with tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Adobe Creative Suite.
