PX Health Ireland is building a groundbreaking digital health platform, the Human Health OS.

We’re looking for an exceptional Head of Design to lead the design vision and build a world-class user experience across our platform. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys designing, solving complex problems, and creating products that make a meaningful impact.

Your Role

* Lead product design strategy across the PX Health platform.

* Design intuitive, human-centred experiences across web and mobile.

* Create and own our design system, visual identity, and product language.

* Produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

* Partner closely with Product, Engineering, AI, and leadership to bring ideas to life.

* Establish scalable design processes and best practices.

* Build, mentor, and lead the PX Health Design Department as the company grows.

* Champion design excellence across every customer touchpoint.

* Significant experience in Product Design, UX/UI, and Design Systems.

* A hands-on design leader with strong execution skills.

* Experience taking products from concept through MVP and growth.

* A portfolio demonstrating exceptional digital product design.

* Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership skills.

* A passion for innovation, health technology, and building products that improve people’s lives.
