Senior AI Engineer

We are looking for a hands-on Senior AI Engineer to design, build, deploy, and operate production-grade AI and agentic systems. You will work across software engineering, machine learning, and data engineering to deliver scalable, reliable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/LLM and agentic applications into production.
• Build and maintain ML/AI services, APIs, pipelines, model serving, monitoring, evaluation, and retraining capabilities.
• Productionise machine learning models and collaborate with data scientists on experimentation and deployment.
• Contribute to data preparation, feature engineering, and model development.
• Drive technical design reviews, mentor engineers, and promote engineering best practices.
• Ensure AI solutions meet high standards for reliability, observability, security, and governance.
• Partner with platform, infrastructure, and security teams to deliver scalable AI systems.

Required Skills

• 5 + years' experience as an AI Engineer, ML Engineer, or Senior Software Engineer.
• Strong experience building production AI systems using LLMs and agenticAI.
• Proven experience deploying and operating machine learning models at scale.
• Strong software engineering, system design, and distributed systems knowledge.
• Experience with data engineering, ML engineering, and modern AI/ML tooling.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work with ambiguous requirements.
• Strong communication, technical leadership, and mentoring skills.
