I'm delighted to be partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit a HR & Learning Coordinator to join their People team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in HR Administration or HR Generalist work who has developed an interest in Learning & Development and is looking to build a career in this space.

Working closely with the wider HR team, you'll take ownership of the administration, coordination and reporting of learning and development activities while helping to ensure employees have access to high-quality learning opportunities and that mandatory training compliance is maintained across the organisation.

The Role

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the day-to-day administration of the organisation's Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Uploading and maintaining learning content within the LMS
  • Creating and digitising learning materials using the system's built-in authoring tools
  • Producing regular reports and dashboards on mandatory training compliance
  • Monitoring training completion rates and following up where required
  • Coordinating and booking external training providers and courses
  • Managing the training calendar and associated administration
  • Supporting the evaluation of learning programmes through training impact analysis and ROI reporting
  • Tracking learning spend and assisting with management of the annual training budget
  • Maintaining accurate employee learning records and ensuring data integrity
  • Working closely with HR colleagues and managers to identify learning needs and coordinate appropriate development solutions

About You

You'll bring:

  • Previous experience working within a HR function (essential)
  • Experience as a HR Administrator, HR Coordinator or HR Generalist
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Experience using HR systems and ideally a Learning Management System
  • Excellent Excel and reporting skills with confidence analysing data
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A genuine interest in Learning & Development and employee capability

What's on Offer

  • Salary up to €55,000
  • Excellent learning and development opportunities
  • Opportunity to build a specialist career within HR and Learning
  • Hybrid working following initial onboarding period
  • Supportive and collaborative HR team
  • Long-term career progression within a highly respected organisation and supportive culture

If you're currently working in HR and are looking to move into a role that combines people, systems, analytics and learning, I'd love to hear from you.
