Scrum Master

We are currently seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our client's team, supporting a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a significant digital transformation programme, enabling Agile delivery and supporting teams to consistently deliver business value. As Scrum Master, you will act as a facilitator, coach, and servant leader, ensuring Scrum principles are effectively embedded across the team while fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and Scrum best practices.
• Support the development of high-performing, self-organising, cross-functional teams.
• Identify and remove impediments to delivery while managing risks and dependencies.
• Partner closely with the Product Owner to support backlog refinement, prioritisation, and sprint readiness.
• Collaborate with delivery, technical, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Promote transparency through Agile metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assess and support the ongoing development of Scrum maturity across the team.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

• Proven experience working as a Scrum Master within Agile delivery environments.
• Strong knowledge of the Scrum framework, Agile principles, and sprint delivery practices.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience removing delivery impediments and enabling teams to consistently achieve sprint goals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• A collaborative, proactive approach and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Desirable Experience

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification.
• Experience using Azure DevOps and/or Jira.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Experience working across multiple Agile teams or within large-scale transformation programmes.
