Role: Sales Director – Amber Beverage Latvia

Location: Riga, Latvia | Hybrid & Field-based


About the role


Amber Beverage Latvia (ABL) is looking for a Sales Director to lead our commercial team and drive growth across the Latvian market. You'll own the sales budget and long-term forecast, build strong relationships with customers and brand owners, and lead a high-performing team covering on-trade, off-trade and e-commerce. Reporting to the Managing Director, Pan Baltic, you'll be a key member of the Latvia leadership team, shaping strategy and delivering ambitious business goals.


What you'll do


  • Own sales performance across all commercial channels in Latvia, including on-trade, off-trade and e-commerce
  • Set and manage annual sales budgets by brand, with a strong eye for detail
  • Lead and develop a team of Key Account Managers, a Field Sales Leader, a Telesales Lead and an E-commerce Lead
  • Prepare contractual proposals and oversee pricing negotiations with customers, working with brand owners to build commercial value
  • Control customer spend and investment budgets
  • Build and maintain senior relationships with key customers and trade contacts
  • Use market insight to shape and implement new sales strategies
  • Deliver against P&L targets and keep forecasts sharp and up to date
  • Coach, develop and engage your team through regular 1:1s and reviews


What we're looking for


  • Proven sales leadership experience in FMCG, drinks, or a related fast-paced industry
  • A strong track record of delivering budget and P&L targets
  • Confidence negotiating and building relationships at senior customer and internal levels
  • Strong data and analytical skills, with the ability to turn insight into action
  • Experience managing and developing a team
  • Understanding of category management
  • Fluent in Latvian and English
