Graphic Designer

Role Overview:

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs that support our marketing and corporate communication efforts. You will play a pivotal role in producing both print and digital designs for brochures, presentations, trade show displays, internal office decorations, Social Media, etc., ensuring a cohesive and impactful visual identity. You will work closely with Marketing Business Partners and our Brand Identity Specialist to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

• Develop visually appealing and brand-consistent designs for a variety of materials, including exhibition graphics, social media content, and presentations.
• Print Design: Create print-ready materials such as brochures, trade show displays, and office decorations. Ensure high-quality production by coordinating with external printers.
• Digital Design: Design digital assets for social media, website elements, and email templates, maintaining consistency with our visual identity.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with Marketing Business Partners who oversee specific business areas to understand their requirements and deliver effective visual solutions.
• Work closely with the Brand Identity Specialist to maintain and evolve our corporate visual identity across all projects.

Corporate Visual Identity & Branding:

• Participate in the development and maintenance of the company’s Corporate Visual Identity, including logos, color schemes, and typography.
• Ensure all visual materials adhere to established brand guidelines and contribute to a cohesive brand presence across all channels.

Photography & Video:

• Manage photography and image editing to align with brand standards. Source or create images as required for various projects.
• Utilize basic video editing skills to create and edit video content when needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in creating graphics in a marketing context, preferably in a B2B setting.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
• Ability to stay updated on design trends and emerging technologies.
• Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous

Use of Advanced Tools & Software:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is essential.
• Experience with MidJourney Pro for advanced graphic design is beneficial.
• Knowledge of Figma is an advantage

Project Management & Delivery:

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders and be open to feedback for continuous improvement.

Additional Information:

• The position is based in Brașov, Romania, in a hybrid setting, and occasional travel to Denmark may be required.
