We're growing and looking for a mid-to-senior Product Data Analyst to own how we measure product performance - from the dashboards our teams trust to the experiments that decide what we ship next.

👉 POSITION BREAKDOWN

• Help product teams understand how users actually move through the marketplace - where they convert, where they drop off, and why;
• Build and own the dashboards teams trust to track product performance and catch problems early;
• Run experiments end to end - frame the question, define what success looks like, read the results, and watch the guardrails - so we know whether a change really worked before we commit to it;
• Turn raw product and event data into clean, reliable datasets and metrics the whole team can build on;
• Dig into user behavior - search and filtering, cancellations, segmentation, retention - to surface what to improve and translate it into decisions.

👉 WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

• 2+ years in product analytics, with strong SQL and data modeling;
• Advanced SQL - complex queries and aggregations over large event datasets;
• Experience with dbt (or a similar transformation framework such as SQLMesh or Dataform);
• Comfort with product event data (GA4, Amplitude) and turning messy tracking into reliable metrics;
• Hands-on with BI/visualization tools (Grafana, Looker, Lightdash, Metabase, Power BI);
• Proficiency in English and Lithuanian.

• A/B testing and experimentation experience (GrowthBook or similar);
• Python experience;
• Experience integrating analytics data through REST APIs or third-party data sources;
• Gaming/entertainment analytics;
• Passion for video games and gaming culture.

👉 GROSS SALARY

The salary range for this position is 3000€ - 6000€ gross per month, depending on your experience.
