Data Scientist

We at SD Worx Sweden are looking for an innovative Senior Data Scientist to join our team in Sweden. In this role, you will leverage AI, ML, and LLM to streamline Payroll/HR operations, enhance efficiency, and solve key business challenges.

Your Responsibilities:

• Apply and implement AI/ML solutions to optimize Payroll/HR processes.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements using AI tools.
• Serve as an AI expert, driving adoption and delivering tailored solutions.
• Monitor AI solutions, analyze metrics, and ensure continuous improvement.
• Lead AI-related projects, providing training and guidance to teams.
• Stay updated on AI trends, technologies, and ethical considerations.
  
  

Key Challenges You’ll Tackle:

• Use LLMs to interpret collective agreements and automate formula generation.
• Accelerate new customer onboarding through AI.
• Detect payroll anomalies not captured by static controls using ML.
  
  

Who you are:

• Strong analytical, technical, and business-focused mindset.
• Experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner, or similar role.
• Proficiency in Azure AI and familiarity with developer environments.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate business needs into AI solutions.
• Proven experience applying generative AI in enterprise systems.
• Independent, innovative, and collaborative team player.
  
  

Requirements:

• University degree in Data Science/AI or equivalent.
• Fluency in English and Swedish (spoken and written).
• Prior experience in similar AI-focused roles.
