We're looking for an AI Engineer to join an ambitious initiative focused on developing scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade AI capabilities. You'll be working on cutting-edge technologies including AI Agents, MCP Servers, RAG architectures, LLM integrations, orchestration platforms, and conversational interfaces.

This is a unique opportunity to help shape how AI is integrated across business-critical systems in a modern, cloud-native environment.

What You'll Be Working On

• AI Agents and multi-agent interactions

• MCP Server development and integrations

• Enterprise AI platforms and orchestration services

• RAG pipelines, vector databases, and context management

• Event-driven APIs and workflows

• AI tool integrations and automation capabilities

• Secure access to enterprise data and services

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI platform services and MCP servers

• Build integrations between AI systems and enterprise applications

• Design scalable APIs and orchestration layers

• Develop backend services using Java and Python

• Integrate LLMs into business workflows

• Work with Kafka, cloud-native architectures, and distributed systems

• Contribute to AI governance, security, and best practices

• Participate in architecture discussions and continuous platform evolution

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Java and ideally Python

• Experience building backend APIs and distributed systems

• Solid understanding of REST APIs, asynchronous processing, and event-driven architectures

• Experience with Kafka or messaging systems

• Cloud-native development experience

• CI/CD, automated testing, Git workflows, Docker and Kubernetes
