Digital System Executive

Your Responsibilities

/ Collaborate with cross functional groups to improve and standardize digital solutions, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with business needs across all plants.

/ Establish a comprehensive business requirement management process for each use case, translating business needs into actionable digital solutions.

/ Lead the execution and implementation of digital solutions on the shop floor, focusing on connectivity, data accuracy, and real-time system performance.

/ Regularly review and analyze system performance metrics, identifying and addressing gaps or inefficiencies to continuously optimize digital connectivity

/ Maintain adherence to industry standards and best practices in digital solution implementation and MES integration to support long-term scalability and reliability.

Your Profile

/ Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electronic or electro mechanic technical field.

/ Minimum of 10 years of experience in one or more programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, MatLab, or SQL, and proficiency in data visualization tools such as Grafana, Tableau, or Power BI.

/ Extensive experience with Siemens PLCs, including Ladder Logic programming, I/O configuration, and network communication protocols. Proven ability to integrate PLC systems with MES platforms effectively.

/ Strong understanding of IoT algorithms, embedded systems, sensors, and edge-computing technologies to enable machine-to-cloud connectivity.

/In-depth knowledge of instrumentation, control systems, electrical schematics, and diagrams. Ability to apply controller tuning and optimization techniques
