Junior Affiliate Specialist

We’re looking for a motivated Junior Affiliate Specialist to help grow and optimize our affiliate programs & affiliate campaigns within the Vision Healthcare Company.

If you already have 6+ months of hands-on experience in digital campaign advertising (affiliate, PPC, Meta, Native or similar), this is your chance to join an international, remote-friendly team and make a real impact.

📍 Ljubljana (hybrid) or Slovenia (remote)

What you’ll do:

✨ Prepare reports and share insights

✨ Manage and support affiliate partners & campaigns

✨ Monitor performance, budgets, and prevent fraud

✨ Keep creatives and offers fresh & relevant

✨ Recruit and onboard new affiliates

What you bring:

✅ Strong communication & relationship-building skills

✅ Organized, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset

✅ Interest in digital marketing & media trends

✅ Comfortable with Excel and data-driven decisions

✅ Experience in CPO, CPA, PPC, or affiliate marketing is a plus
