The MeetMinded team is looking for a UA Manager. We’re expanding our marketing team and looking for an experienced, self-organised person to grow our products and implement new features and ideas.

We're headquartered in Ljubljana city centre and the team works on-site. Our team is international and English is our first office language.

We trust good instincts and use data to pressure-test our thinking, not replace it. We hold ourselves to a high bar because we genuinely believe we're building something that can be the best in its space.

What you’ll be doing:

– Planning, executing, and analyzing user acquisition campaigns across performance channels

– Optimizing campaign performance toward return on investment (ROI)

– Running A/B and multivariate tests and presenting results to the team

– Tracking and reporting on key metrics on a regular basis

– Building and nurturing relationships with advertising partners

– Working cross-functionally to develop and ship new growth ideas

– Keeping management in the loop on plans, status, and challenges

– Staying on top of industry trends and best practices

What we expect:

– 1+ years of experience in a performance-based acquisition role

– Solid understanding of the digital user acquisition ecosystem (paid social, search, and growing into mobile app)

– Hands-on experience with Facebook/Instagram / Google Ads / ad networks

– Familiarity with KPIs such as CAC, CPC, CPM, ROAS, conversion rate, and LTV

– Somfortable optimizing a funnel (e.g. landing page / quiz → sign-up → booking)

– Self-starter mindset — organized, proactive, and result-oriented

– Fluent English
