Your title: Content Creator Manager

We're looking for a Content Creator Manager who will own our network of smaller content creators — sourcing them, leading them, and directing them to produce high-performing content for MeetMinded.

You'll build and scale a global roster of nano and micro creators who consistently turn out on-brand, scroll-stopping content for our channels and campaigns, while making sure all moving parts work smoothly together.

You'll help refine our content strategy, build the systems, and work directly with creators to shape what they make. You'll lead the production of content that will be seen by many millions of people, drive real business results and have a genuinely positive impact on people's lives.

What you'll do:

• Source and recruit smaller content creators (nano and micro) across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Build and grow a global roster of go-to creators, nurturing long-term relationships and ensuring brand alignment.
• Direct creators end-to-end with clear briefs, scripts, hooks and references — guiding them to produce content that performs.
• Review creator content and give sharp, actionable feedback to keep quality and brand voice consistent.
• Manage end-to-end production: outreach, onboarding, briefs, revisions, approvals, and delivery.
• Own creator budgets, contracts, briefs, content calendars, and reporting end-to-end.
• Stay close to cultural, platform, and creator trends within our niche communities and translate them into content ideas.
• Partner closely with the Performance Marketing Team to feed a steady pipeline of creator content into broader growth campaigns.

What we expect:

• Experience sourcing, directing and managing content creators (nano/micro/UGC) at scale.
• A track record of producing content that drives large-scale views, growth, or audience attention.
• Strong eye for content — able to write briefs, shape ideas, and turn rough drafts into scroll-stopping videos.
• Strong knowledge of cultural, platform, and creator trends in lifestyle, dating and wellness.
• Creative and collaborative mindset with strong execution skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship-building abilities.
• Relentless drive to win and make this the leading IRL social platform in our niche.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity, adapting to changes and wearing multiple hats.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently without constant oversight.
• Proven ability to implement AI tools and workflows in your work.
• Willingness to work hybrid from our Ljubljana city center office and help co-create a high-performing team culture.
