Lead Product Engineer

We are looking for a Lead Product Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team in Slovenia and contribute to the next generation of innovative lighting solutions.

Your responsibilities

• Lead the development of new products and enhancements to existing products
• Review and analyze customer technical requirements to ensure feasibility and compliance
• Coordinate development activities across internal teams and external partners
• Analyze product performance, implement improvements, and validate components
• Communicate technical information and validation results with partners, suppliers, and customers
• Develop concepts for new products independently or in collaboration with external partners

Your profile

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Product Engineering (or related field)
• Proven experience in product development and improvement of technical components
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in coordinating development projects and cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with customers, partners, and suppliers
•  Ability to develop concepts independently and collaboratively
