As Odeon Technology, we are looking for a “Product Ownership Manager" for our team!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead Product Owners (PO),
• Regularly review the work practices of POs, identify any issues, and take corrective and preventive actions,
• Take necessary actions for the development of POs' competencies and track their progress,
• Master the processes and ensure they are executed correctly,
• Participate in areas that need improvement within processes and provide solutions for any bottlenecks,
• Manage the administrative tasks of POs.

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mathematics, or a related engineering field,
• At least 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or a similar role,
• Proficient in English,
• Solution-oriented mindset,
• Strong decision-making skills,
• Ability to work in teams and possess strong communication skills,
• Willingness to travel,
• Experience in the travel and tourism industry or travel technology is a plus,
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, and Scrum experience is a plus,
• Experience in corporate ERP projects is a plus,
• Having a PSPO or CSPO certification is a plus.
