Compliance Analyst - AML (m/f/d)

As an AML Compliance Analyst you will play a critical role in bridging our Compliance and Product teams. Your expertise will enhance the quality and reliability of our cutting-edge software solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of AML/CTF compliance. You will also conduct thorough evaluations of individual cases, providing vital insights before they are presented to our financial institution partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Compliance Excellence:

• Collaborate with the Compliance team to assess and improve our AML/CTF software products, ensuring they meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Perform detailed analyses of individual cases, ensuring all documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and ready for transmission to financial institutions.

Product Innovation:

• Partner as the AML/CTF expert during product development, providing insights that shape innovative features and functionalities.
• Continuously monitor the latest AML/CTF trends and regulatory changes to offer actionable feedback for product improvements.
• Engage in interviews and discussions to refine product usability and feature sets, ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of the industry.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

• Partner with the Legal team to ensure our software adheres to all relevant laws and regulations, mitigating compliance risks.
• Work closely with the Engineering team to integrate compliance requirements into product design and IT security protocols.
• Develop and refine processes and procedures related to IT security and compliance frameworks, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in AML/CTF roles, preferably within the technology or financial services sectors.
• Proven experience with cryptocurrency in an AML context.
• Proficient in risk assessment tools and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its implications for AML/CTF compliance.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical capabilities to assess complex cases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues and solutions to diverse stakeholders.
