Requirements4+ years of professional experience in React Native developmentStrong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScriptDeep understanding of React Native architecture, performance optimization, and native module integrationsExperience with state management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, MobX, or similarStrong understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication mechanisms, and mobile networkingSolid understanding of software architecture patterns and scalable application designAbility to build, debug, and maintain backend services when necessaryExperience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, Go, or similarStrong problem-solving and analytical thinking skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced startup environmentExperience publishing and maintaining applications on both the App Store and Google PlayStrong ownership mentality you take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasksFluency in English
Main Responsibilities
Mobile Product DevelopmentDevelop and maintain high-performance cross-platform applications using React NativeArchitect scalable, maintainable, and reusable mobile applicationsOptimize application performance, responsiveness, and user experience across iOS and Android platformsRapidly prototype, validate, and iterate on new product ideasTranslate product requirements into production-ready mobile experiences
Systems & EngineeringDesign, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs when neededParticipate in technical architecture discussions and contribute to engineering decisionsApply clean code principles, testing strategies, and software engineering best practicesBuild reliable and scalable systems that support product growth
Product & CollaborationWork closely with product, design, growth, and engineering teamsContribute to product decisions with an engineering perspectiveHelp identify technical opportunities and constraints early in the product lifecycleCollaborate with designers to deliver high-quality user experiences
