Position

We are looking for a Web Funnel UI/UX Designer who can design high-converting web experiences that directly impact growth.

This role sits at the intersection of:

• UI/UX design
• Performance marketing
• User psychology
• Growth experimentation

This role is not just about making things look good — it’s about building web funnels that convert.

You will own the full funnel experience, from idea to iteration, working closely with growth, product, and creative teams.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX, web design, or related fields
• Strong understanding of user behavior, conversion principles, and UX fundamentals
• Ability to create intuitive, engaging, and performance-focused web experiences
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate and test new ideas quickly
• Data-driven thinking — comfortable analyzing funnel performance and iterating based on insights
• Strong ownership mentality — you take responsibility for outcomes, not just designs
• High attention to detail and visual quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapid iteration cycles
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Interest in AI tools and willingness to integrate them into creative workflows
• Experience with Figma or similar design tools

Main Responsibilities

• Design, build, and iterate on high-converting web funnels
• Generate and test new funnel concepts, messaging angles, and user flows
• Create intuitive and engaging UI/UX experiences optimized for conversion
• Analyze funnel performance and optimize based on user behavior and drop-off data
• Work closely with growth and creative teams to align ads with funnel experiences
• Translate user intent and motivations into effective funnel journeys
• Understand product positioning and turn it into compelling web experiences
• Rapidly test and improve multiple funnel variations
• Use AI tools and workflows to improve speed, creativity, and execution quality
