Founding Engineer

We are building mia, a decision intelligence system for modern enterprises — helping teams turn complex data into fast, high-quality decisions using agentic AI.

We already have a working product and real users.
Now the challenge is simple:
Scale it fast. Make it robust. Make it inevitable.

We’re looking for a Founding Engineer (Full-time) who wants to build at high intensity and own core systems end-to-end.

What you’ll do

• Own and scale core production systems
• Turn user feedback into shipped product, fast
• Build backend systems, APIs, and infrastructure from first principles
• Extend AI-driven features and integrations
• Work directly with founders and users — no layers, no bureaucracy
  

You will not “contribute to a roadmap.”
You will shape the roadmap through what you ship.

What we’re looking for

• Strong software engineer with deep backend/system thinking
• Comfortable operating in high-ambiguity, high-speed environments
• You build, ship, and own production systems end-to-end
• You care about outcomes
• Experience in B2B SaaS / enterprise systems
• AI / LLM / data-heavy products
• Early-stage startup experience
