The role

You own features end-to-end, from the messy problem to the thing shipped in front of users. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founders, with full autonomy and full accountability. This is not ticket-taking. You decide, you build, you ship, you learn, you do it

What we're looking for

- 1+ year building with LLMs and agentic pipelines from a startup, a job, or your own side project. We care that you've actually built, not where.

- Real taste in UI/UX. You can tell good from bad, and you sweat the details.

- A self-learner. You teach yourself whatever the problem needs, nobody hands you a curriculum.

- Ambition. You want to build something that matters, not coast.

- Intensity. Early-stage pace is real, and the dedication required is high.

- Top-tier university background, or equivalent proof of exceptional technical ability. We care about signal, pedigree alone.

You've founded something, or lived inside a real startup. You speak startup, you understand incentives, and you think like an owner.
