What will you be responsible for

• Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for a B2B marketplace product.
• Analyze user needs and create UI/UX solutions aligned with product strategy.
• Improve existing screens and conduct usability testing to enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager to ensure designs align with business goals and technical constraints.
• Deliver design assets to the development team and provide support during implementation.
• Prepare simple product requirement documents when needed (user stories, flows).

What do we expect from you

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.
• Design education (in visual design, interaction design, or a related field - online courses are accepted).
• Strong English skills (both written and spoken).
• Proven portfolio in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Experience in user research, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Familiarity with product management concepts (roadmap, backlog, user stories).
• Preferably experience with B2B SaaS, e-commerce, or marketplace products.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams (PM, IT, Business).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Background or training in product management.
