Work Arrangement

• Model: Hybrid (4 days in-office / 1 day remote).
• Location: Sarıyer, Istanbul.

Qualifications

• Design Skills & Tools: 1+ years of experience with a strong portfolio. Mastery of Figma is essential, complemented by a solid foundation in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).

• User-Centric Problem Solving: Ability to identify usability issues and transform user needs into intuitive and modern interfaces. We value a strong aesthetic sense combined with analytical thinking.

• Technical Awareness: A basic understanding of design principles for Web and cross-platform frameworks, specifically Flutter. Knowing how your designs translate into Flutter widgets is a huge plus.

• Mindset & Language: A proactive learner who follows digital trends and enjoys teamwork. Proficiency in English is preferred to stay aligned with global design standards and documentation.
