Job Description


We are looking for an Employee Experience Designer who will take an active role in designing, implementing, and continuously improving employee experience and employer branding initiatives across the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create engaging employee journeys, strengthen company culture, organize internal and external events, and build scalable processes that support employee engagement and employer branding.

This role requires someone with a strong design mindset who can combine creativity with operational excellence, turning ideas into structured and sustainable employee experience programs.


Experience & Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Industrial Design, Visual Communication Design, or another related design discipline is preferred.
  • Previous experience in Employee Experience, Employer Branding, Internal Communications, Culture & Engagement, or similar roles is a plus.
  • Experience planning and organizing internal and external corporate events, employee engagement initiatives, community activities, or employer branding events.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is required. Experience with Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, or similar design tools is a plus.
  • Strong visual design skills with a creative mindset and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to build structured, scalable processes while managing multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate employee feedback into meaningful improvements.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • A proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset with a passion for building exceptional employee experiences.

Responsibilities


  • Design, implement, and continuously improve employee experience initiatives, including onboarding programs and engagement activities.
  • Plan and organize and execute internal and external events, workshops, community initiatives, and employee engagement programs that strengthen company culture.
  • Build and maintain sustainable employee experience processes, documentation, and operational workflows.
  • Collect and analyze employee feedback and engagement data, translating insights into actionable improvement plans.
  • Support employer branding initiatives across social media, career events, university collaborations, and external partnerships.
  • Create high-quality visual materials, presentations, and communication assets that support employee experience and employer branding projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent employee experience across the organization.
  • Research market trends, benchmark best practices, and track employee experience metrics to support continuous improvement.
