vdf is looking for a "Human Resources Supervisor" that you may find the details below:


Job Description:

  • Prepare, update, and continuously monitor internal job descriptions and organizational charts in compliance with company standards through HR systems.
  • Manage meal card processes (e.g., Multinet, Sodexo, Ticket, etc.) in line with employee movements and changes.
  • Contribute to improving the efficiency of budgeting, compensation management, domestic and international reporting, and HR analytics processes.
  • Develop digital solutions and recommendations to reduce operational workload and enhance efficiency in existing HR operations, such as job description approval workflows and meal card reconciliations.
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes, including candidate communication, interview coordination, mandatory legal checks, and onboarding preparations.
  • Maintain, review, and archive digital and physical personnel files in full compliance with financial sector regulations, Labor Law requirements, and Personal Data Protection (KVKK) regulations.
  • Take an active role in HR digitalization projects.
  • Provide insights to support decision-making through statistical analysis and forecasting studies.
  • Collect monthly attendance data, verify payroll inputs (overtime, deductions, meal card and benefits data, etc.), and share them with relevant departments.
  • Coordinate mandatory notifications, correspondence, and legal procedures with the Social Security Institution (SGK), Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR), withholding tax authorities, and sector-specific regulatory bodies accurately and efficiently.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR operations, organizational development/organizational chart management, employee benefits, and HR analytics within regulated industries such as finance, banking, insurance, or brokerage firms.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas; macro knowledge is an advantage); experience with Power BI or organizational chart tools such as Visio/OrgPlus is preferred.
  • Solid operational knowledge of Turkish Labor Law No. 4857 and Social Security (SGK) regulations.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and possessing a strong financial and budgeting mindset.
  • Strong planning, follow-up, and execution skills.
  • Preferably experienced with HR systems and information technology applications.
  • Knowledge of personnel administration, payroll, and social security processes.
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment processes.
  • Analytical, solution-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Advanced level of English proficiency.
  • A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
