Project Manager - Global Service

At KK Group, we are looking for a Project Manager to join our growing Global Service organization. In this role, you will lead both customer-facing and internal projects that help deliver value to our customers and support the continued development of the department.

Global Service has experienced strong growth in recent years, partnering with wind turbine OEMs and asset operators across the globe to deliver service solutions that enhance reliability, improve performance, and maximize asset lifetime. As part of this journey, we are strengthening our Global Service PMO and looking for a skilled Project Manager to help drive our continued success.

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading projects from initiation to completion
• Managing project scope, plans, budgets, risks, and timelines
• Coordinating cross-functional project teams
• Facilitating customer and steering committee meetings
• Ensuring transparent communication with stakeholders
• Providing project status updates to internal and external stakeholders
• Driving both customer projects and internal business improvement initiatives
• The projects you lead may include field service projects, retrofit and rework activities, high-voltage campaigns, non-standard service projects, and strategic initiatives that support the future development of our Global Service business.

We imagine that you:

• Have a technical or engineering background
• Have experience as a Project Manager, Site Manager, or in a similar role
• Have experience managing projects involving multiple stakeholders
• Understand project management principles and methodologies
• Communicate confidently in English
• Enjoy working in an international environment
• As a person, you build trust through collaboration, communicate clearly, and stay focused on solutions even when priorities change.
• You have a holistic mindset and enjoy bringing people together to achieve shared goals.
