Data Analyst – Foundever
Location: Site bazlı / Hybrid
Working Style: Full-time
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Data Analyst at Foundever, you will play a key role in supporting our Operations teams by transforming data into clear insights that drive performance and operational efficiency. You’ll own operational reporting, partner closely with stakeholders, and ensure business reviews are accurate, timely, and actionable.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collecting, cleaning, validating, and maintaining data from multiple sources
- Owning and maintaining operational Power BI dashboards and reports
- Monitoring data refreshes and resolving data or reporting issues promptly
- Analyzing large datasets to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Preparing Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Business Reviews (WBR / MBR / QBR)
- Ensuring review decks are standardized, accurate, and delivered on time
- Partnering with Operations to translate data into actionable recommendations
- Supporting forecasting, capacity planning, and performance benchmarking
- Identifying opportunities to automate and streamline reporting processes
- Presenting insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role
- Strong proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel, and Power BI (including DAX and data modeling)
- Working knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
- Familiarity with relational databases and data warehousing concepts
- Proven experience preparing business review materials (WBR / MBR / QBR or equivalent)
- Ability to present data and insights to non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in BPO, contact center, or customer experience environments
- Familiarity with operational and workforce metrics (AHT, SLA, CSAT, NPS, Attrition, Utilization)
- Knowledge of statistical analysis, regression, or basic machine learning concepts
- Experience partnering with Operations to drive measurable performance improvements
- Relevant certifications (Power BI Data Analyst Associate, Google Data Analytics, Tableau, etc.)
