The Role

The client is looking for a Backend Engineer to join their engineering team and help scale and improve their core platform. You will work closely with frontend developers, designers and product stakeholders to build robust, scalable backend systems that power a product used by businesses across the world.

This is a hands-on role where your work will have a direct and visible impact on the product and the business.

What The Client Is Looking For

• 3 or more years of experience in backend development
• Experience with Go (Golang) or a similar backend technology such as Python, Java, or Rust
• Strong understanding of scalable system design, APIs and backend architecture
• Comfortable working collaboratively across engineering and product teams
• Based in Oslo or able to work onsite in central Oslo
