Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Assistant HR Manager to support the day-to-day HR operations and partner with business leaders to deliver effective people solutions. The role will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, compliance, and policy implementation while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the HR Manager in executing HR strategies, policies, and initiatives.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower planning, interviewing, onboarding, and induction.
  • Handle employee relations matters, grievance resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Oversee employee lifecycle activities, including confirmations, transfers, promotions, exits, and offboarding.
  • Support payroll inputs, leave administration, attendance, and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate learning and development initiatives and employee engagement programs.
  • Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics for management.
  • Maintain employee records and HRIS data with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Advise managers on HR policies, employee performance, and talent management.
  • Support succession planning, retention initiatives, and organizational development projects.
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and employee experience.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6–10 years of HR Generalist experience, including 2–3 years in a supervisory or Assistant HR Manager role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
  • Experience using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
