Exciting Opportunity Alert! 🌟 HTC Global Services is hiring a Scrum Master - Airline Domain expert for a 1-year extendable contract in Abu Dhabi, UAE (Onsite).

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with proven experience in the Airline domain to drive Agile delivery for digital and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong execution mindset, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience working with cross-functional product and engineering teams in a fast-paced airline environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Support Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning.
• Remove delivery impediments and proactively manage risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate with business, technology, QA, and vendor teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Track sprint progress, delivery metrics, and provide clear executive-level status reporting.
• Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams while maintaining delivery focus.
• Constructively challenge teams and vendors to improve execution and delivery outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement and Agile best practices across the team.
• Ensure successful delivery of airline digital initiatives such as booking, reservations, customer servicing, loyalty, airport operations, or related platforms.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years as a Scrum Master.
• Mandatory experience in the Airline domain.
• Strong expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks, backlog management, stakeholder coordination, and delivery governance.
• Excellent ownership, execution, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills.
• Experience working with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Preferred

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
• Experience in airline functions such as Reservations, Passenger Services, Loyalty, Revenue Management, Airport Operations, or Customer Experience.
