We are looking for a Golang Developer to support a mission-critical legacy Warehouse Management System (WMS) used by our distribution operations. Currently, the application is primarily supported by an overseas engineer. The goal of this role is to establish local technical ownership by hiring a developer who can maintain, enhance, and support the application while working closely with warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance an existing Warehouse Management System developed in Go (Golang).
• Diagnose and resolve production issues impacting warehouse operations.
• Work closely with warehouse users to understand operational challenges and implement solutions.
• Provide day-to-day application support and troubleshooting.
• Analyze application logs and debug system issues.
• Develop new features and improve existing functionality.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, database, and operations teams.
• Document application architecture, processes, and support procedures.
• Participate in knowledge transfer from the current offshore support engineer.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Golang.
• Experience supporting enterprise business applications.
• Knowledge of SQL databases.
• Experience troubleshooting production applications.
• Strong analytical and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with business users.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Distribution Center or Supply Chain domain experience.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and microservices.
• Experience with Linux environments and cloud platforms.
• Previous experience supporting mission-critical operational systems.
