Internal Communication:

  • Manager - Investments

Purpose:

  • To help managing the portfolio, provide analysis of existing and potential investments, performance reporting and monitoring.
  • To reconcile with accounting books and make sure that the operations and accounting are updating the accounting books.
  • For the annual and recurring audit reviews.

External Communication:

  • Investment and Brokerage Firms
  • Reuters and Bloomberg

Purpose:

  • Data collection, funds analysis, research and gain insight on markets, and place trading orders if the Investment Manager is not available.
  • Essential for the work flow to monitor the portfolio of investments and the financial markets and gain insights on the markets

Occupational Health & Safety and Environment

Accountability:

Are accountable for their acts and omissions.

Responsibility:

To follow agreed safe systems of work; to follow training and instructions; and to report accidents, incidents and near misses.

Authority:

To stop work if they think the work is unsafe.
