Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineer to join our team in the Fintech space. The ideal candidate will be responsible for deploying product updates, identifying production issues, implementing integrations that meet customer needs, and managing our continuous integration and delivery frameworks. Responsibilities:

• Developing and maintaining CI/CD processes for all deployment activities using industry-standard tools.
• Administrating and troubleshooting Linux and Windows-based systems.
• Collaborating with developers to implement software solutions that meet both technical and customer needs.
• Orchestrating and automating cloud-based platforms throughout the company.
• Ensuring critical resolution of system issues by using the best cloud security solutions.
• Developing innovative solutions to technical issues that arise.
• Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting anomalies.
• Creating and maintaining system documentation, diagrams, operation manuals, and procedure documentation.
• Regularly engaging in peer code reviews to maintain and improve codebase quality.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Extensive experience in cloud platforms, particularly Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Proficient in Terraform or OpenTofu for Infrastructure as Code.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container management and orchestration.
• Experience in DevSecOps, with a focus on automation, and security.
• Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures and the ability to design and implement highly available, fault-tolerant systems.
• Experience with modern observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, OpenTelemetry, etc.).
• Proficiency with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) to automate operational tasks.
• Experience with other cloud platforms such as AWS is a plus.
• Certification in Azure and/or GCP is a plus.
• Experience with PaC (policy as code) is a plus.
