Project Manager | Dublin | Hybrid

This is a genuine step-up opportunity within a high-profile transformation programme. You'll take full ownership of your own workstreams, not shadowing, not supporting, but running them end-to-end. Working alongside the Programme Lead, you'll manage schedules, drive actions and keep senior stakeholders aligned in a complex, fast-moving environment.

What you'll be doing

• Owning discrete project workstreams from start to finish
• Running project planning, scheduling and delivery tracking across multiple priorities
• Preparing and presenting progress updates and reporting packs to senior stakeholders
• Keeping governance sharp - RAID logs, actions and decision logs
• Building relationships across the business that create accountability and momentum

Who this suits

You're organised, proactive and ready for the next step in your PM career. You're comfortable owning your work, engaging with senior people and bringing structure to ambiguity. You want to make a visible impact, not support from the sidelines.

• 3-7 years in a project management, PMO or project coordination role
• Exposure to delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall or hybrid)
• Strong communicator - written, visual and verbal
• Confident with PowerPoint and Excel, with an eye for clear, well-structured reporting
• Hungry to develop and grow within a programme environment
