We are looking for a project manager in a creative agency

If you know how to bring people, ideas and deadlines together in one working system - we are looking for you.

What you will do:

• Manage advertising and communication projects from idea to implementation.

• Keep control over deadlines, budgets and quality.

• Work with clients, team and partners.

• Prioritize, structure and resolve situations.

What we expect:

• At least 2 years of experience in project management in an advertising or communication agency.

• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Understanding of digital, creative, video and print projects.

• Experience working with clients and budgets.

• Knowledge of Latvian and English.

Big plus:

• Experience in public procurement projects.

• Understanding of digital advertising and media.

• Experience working with Asana, Jira, Monday or similar tools.

• Collaboration with video and production partners.

• Use of AI tools at work (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.).

• Category B driver's license.
