About the job:

We are seeking for someone who brings strong change leadership experience, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to turn strategy into practical execution. Someone who can lead change management activities for transformation and system implementation projects

Key Responsibilities:

• This is a hands-on player/coach role that partners with stakeholders across the business to develop and execute change strategies, communications, training content, and readiness activities.
• MANDATORY FRENCH!!!!
• Drive user adoption and business readiness for organizational change initiatives
• Apply ADKAR and McKinsey 6S frameworks to develop effective change strategies Partner with stakeholders, business leaders, and project teams to assess impacts and support adoption.

Compensation: Approx RON 110/hr - RON 130/hr
