Creative Project Coordinator

Our client, a D2C wellness brand, is looking for a freelance Creative Project Coordinator to assist their team! This will be a 40 hour / week position, 100% remote, through March 2025 with potential to extend. You must be able to work east coast business hours daily for this role.

The Creative Project Coordinator Will

• collaborate with internal team members to support daily operations including project planning, calendar planning, project prioritization / optimization, tracking, and content quality assurance
• coordinate meetings with team members and outside stakeholders (brainstorming sessions, stand-ups, etc)
• maintain up-to-date project documentation, including timelines and creative assets
• update project details in project management software to track progress
• collect / relay feedback to necessary teams, and address any roadblocks promptly
  
  

The Creative Project Coordinator Has

• 2+ years of experience in project management / coordination, ideally from a creative background or on a creative team
• strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• any experience in AirTable, Slack, or Google Drive is preferred
