We're looking for a Data Analyst to join our Credit Analytics Team.


As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for understanding business needs and objectives, transforming data into actionable insights, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the lending lifecycle. You will analyze loan portfolio performance, customer behavior, and credit-related processes, while applying data extraction, cleansing, and analytical techniques to uncover opportunities and risks.


You will collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver analytical solutions that address business challenges. Your work will range from rapidly delivering impactful analyses and recommendations to developing scalable, high-quality analytical frameworks and standards that create long-term value for the organization.


Responsibilities

  • Understand business problems and identify analytical needs across cross-functional teams involved in lending products and processes.
  • Transform complex data into actionable insights using modern analytics and big data technologies.
  • Analyze loan portfolio performance, customer behavior, credit application journeys, and operational processes to identify trends, anomalies, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Interpret data, perform statistical analyses, and develop dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics solutions to support decision-making.
  • Design and monitor key business and portfolio metrics, ensuring data quality and consistency across reporting assets.
  • Provide technical expertise in data modeling, data mining, data cleansing, and data visualization.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Risk, Operations, Technology, and Data teams to deliver impactful analytical solutions.



Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Econometrics, or a related discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or a related analyticalrole.
  • 2+ years of hands-on SQL experience.
  • Experience in at least one of the following credit risk processes: Application Risk, Behavioral Risk, Credit Limit Management, Early Warning Systems or Collection Analytics.
  • Strong data management skills, including data preparation, validation, and quality assurance.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business questions into data-driven solutions.
  • Solid understanding of statistical concepts and analytical methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and share knowledge.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in lending, banking, fintech, or other financial services domains.
  • Experience analyzing credit portfolios, customer payment behavior, credit application funnels, and portfolio performance metrics.
  • Experience in customer lifecycle analytics, segmentation, cohort analysis, and experimentation methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of KPI design, monitoring, and performance measurement for lending products.
  • Experience building interactive dashboards and BI solutions, preferably using Qlik Sense or similar visualizationtools.Basic knowledge of machine learning techniques used in risk, propensity, or customer behavior modeling.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
