Office Manager

Location: Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC)

Salary: AED 300,000–400,000 per annum + bonus & excellent benefits

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Manager to lead the launch and day-to-day management of a brand-new Dubai office for a highly successful global financial services firm.


This is a rare chance to join at the very beginning and take full ownership of creating a best-in-class workplace. Initially supporting a team of eight, you'll play a pivotal role in establishing the office before it grows to around 37 senior investment professionals.


As the sole operational support on site, you'll oversee every aspect of office management, facilities, administration, and front-of-house, becoming the go-to person for the business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building processes, thrives on responsibility, and is happy to be hands-on, whether that's managing suppliers or welcoming visitors. A Receptionist will be recruited as the office expands, but initially you'll cover all aspects of office operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the setup and ongoing management of a brand-new office in DIFC.
  • Oversee all office operations, facilities, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the office, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
  • Manage office budgets, contracts, and day-to-day administration.
  • Coordinate maintenance, health and safety, and workplace compliance.
  • Support senior stakeholders with operational and administrative requirements.
  • Welcome guests and provide a professional front-of-house experience.
  • Establish efficient office procedures and continuously improve ways of working.
  • Build strong relationships with external partners and the wider global business.


About You

  • Previous Office Manager experience within financial services, professional services, private equity, investment management, banking, or a similar corporate environment.
  • Experience managing an office in Dubai, with a strong understanding of local processes and supplier networks.
  • Previous exposure to the DIFC would be highly advantageous.
  • A self-starter who enjoys taking ownership and working autonomously.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing high-volume administration and navigating process-driven environments.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluent English (Arabic is not required).
  • Happy to take a hands-on approach in a growing office environment.
